  2. Disclose rates and company information
  3. Accept credit cards
  4. Tell you where your vehicle will be towed
  5. Provide access to your towed vehicle at no charge
  6. Give an itemized invoice
  7. Tell you if they receive a referral fee for towing to a particular storage facility or repair shop
