IMPORTANT NOTE:

This archive is a new version of the previous ROM set of TOKI.
The previous one was wrong, because files TOKI.E28 and TOKI.E40
were same, which is not true. This archive now contains the good
ROMs (as far as I know). I will try to make a complete new dump
of the ROMs, but please be patient. I apologize for the inconvenience
caused by the wrong dumps in the previous version.

The files named TOKI.Exx are the EPROM dumps of TOKI.
They are stored in binary format, so they can be used
for an eventual emulator.

The main board is dated 01/03/90 and is rev B.

There are two boards:
The main one contains the CPUs (68000 and Z80), several
EPROMs and the other stuff (RAM, TTLs, sound and video).

The other one (half size) contains 8 EPROMS (27C010), 4 RAM
chips (6116, supposed to be 2016) and TTL ICs.

Depending of their size, the EPROMs are always 27C512 and 27C010.
Most of the 27C512 are from AMD, and all the 27C010 are from INTEL.

Here are the references and board locations equivalents. Due to the
package size of the EPROMs, a same EPROM can have multiple locations.
In this case, the locations are the nearest ones from the EPROM.

EPROM LOCATION

E1 NEAR Z80
E2 E4-E5 (NEAR 68000)
E3 E3-E4 (NEAR 68000)

E12 C16-D16 (LETTERS 'C' AND 'D' REFER TO THE SAME SOCKET)
E13 C15-D15 (LETTERS 'C' AND 'D' REFER TO THE SAME SOCKET)
E14 E17

Note that the EPROMs are referenced on the board. Each EPROM have
its own number written on the board at the socket's place. This may
avoid some errors with the previous REFERENCE/LOCATION equivalences.

I repeat the same and lazy sentence: "ROMs are still under copyright and
MUST NOT be given and/or distributed unless one who wants the ROM dumps
have the original board WITH the original ROMs".

If you own the TOKI board with the original TOKI EPROMs, you are allowed
to have these ROM images as a backup.
If you don't have the TOKI board, you must not have the ROM images, so
delete them from all the medias containing them.
